Leaders’ Training Programme, India The Training Programme for the Jesus Youth leaders in India was held from 28th to 30th July 2006 at the Logos Retreat Centre in Bangalore, Karnataka. 130 Jesus Youth leaders from different parts of India like Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Assam, Tripura, Maharashtra ( Mumbai, Chantha, Nagpur), Andhra Pradesh ( Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kammam, Adilabad), Tamil Nadu (Selam, Erode, Trichy, and Chennai and Karakkal in Pondichery), Karnataka and Kerala participated in the training. Colin Calmiano and Jude Antione, who were the resource persons for the days, succeeded in effectively imparting training to the participants. As an offshoot of the training, it was decided to organise programmes in India at three levels - firstly initial level programmes at the zonal and regional level, followed by formation programmes at the regional level. A few responses from those who participated : ”I must really congratulate you for arranging such an effective and enriching training programme.
