Jubilee: A Time to Begin Again

Dear Jesus Youth family,

We are living in a moment of grace as the Church celebrates Jubilee 2025 with the theme “Pilgrims of Hope.” Pope Francis reminds us, “The Jubilee is the time to begin again.” It is a sacred call to renew our faith, deepen our prayer, and rekindle our missionary zeal.

For Jesus Youth, this Jubilee is an opportunity to pause, listen, and realign ourselves with God’s mission. Through “Listening to the Movement,” we have been hearing voices from across the world, sharing hopes, struggles, and inspirations. As the Pope says, “Let us listen with the ears of the heart.” This listening prepares us to move forward with clarity and purpose.

A Jubilee is also a time of joyful witness, a reminder that our faith is not meant to be kept hidden but shared abundantly. As Jesus Youth, we are called to be missionary disciples, bringing Christ to our campuses, workplaces, and communities. In a world  loving for hope, we are invited to be that hope — living our faith authentically and radiating the joy of the Gospel in app that we do.

As pilgrims of hope, let us use this time to strengthen our prayer life, rediscover the joy of evangelization, and journey together in faith. May the Holy Spirit lead us to embrace this Jubilee with renewed passion and courage!
