"This October, Jesus Youth Worldwide deepens its missionary spirit through Mission Month. Mt 22:9 inspires us to share Christ's presence, transforming lives and communities."

As we prepare for Mission Month this October, let the words of Christ inspire us: "Go and invite everyone to the banquet" (Mt 22:9). This call to action reminds us that the Eucharistic table is open to all. We are entrusted with the mission of inviting others to partake in the joy and grace found in the presence of Jesus. As His disciples, we are called to go beyond our comfort zones, to reach out and welcome those who may not yet know His love. Through this personal invitation, we become true missionaries, spreading the Gospel to the "crossroads" of today's world.

In this spirit, I encourage each of you to participate in the "Walk with One" initiative, introduced by the National Eucharistic Revival movement in the USA. This calls each one of us to reach out and accompany one person on a transformative journey toward a deeper encounter with Christ in the Eucharist. Rooted in the mission of evangelization, this initiative encourages us to extend Christ’s love by personally inviting someone to experience the life-changing power of His presence. Through this one-on-one outreach, we share the gift of faith, fostering a spirit of renewal and community in the Eucharistic mission. More details of this initiative will be provided by the mission teams in your respective countries. We will also be releasing a Video series from October 20th for a week focusing on the theme verse of the World Mission Day prepared by various mission teams of the movement. Let us be ready to set out anew, bringing the Gospel to life in our everyday encounters. May this Mission Month be a time for us to embrace our missionary identity and go forth with renewed missionary enthusiasm!
