As part of Qatar’s St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Parish's Silver Jubilee celebrations, Rexband was invited to perform two days of power-packed concerts that captivated the audience and added immense spiritual value to the event. In addition to these performances, two accomplished artists from the band, Gibson Augustine and Jaiby Augustine, conducted an intensive theatre workshop for teenagers and young adults.

This workshop provided a transformative experience for participants, regardless of their level of expertise in theater, effectively nurturing and developing their acting skills. The sessions focused on fostering creativity and using the performing arts as a means to express faith in innovative and impactful ways. A key emphasis was placed on the role of Christian theater in contemporary times, underscoring its relevance in engaging the current generation with the Gospel message.

The workshop highlighted the urgent need for such initiatives to empower young people to witness Christ through the performing arts. With their extensive knowledge and experience, Gibson and Jaiby Augustine proved to be ideal resources, inspiring participants to explore the intersection of faith and creativity.
