A spiritually enriching Charism Retreat was held on January 10-12, 2025, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, gathering 31 participants for a profound experience of faith and renewal. Guided by Fr. Bitaju, Adv. Raiju Varghese, and Renny Joseph, the retreat offered attendees a sacred space to reconnect with their initial encounters with God and deepen their spiritual journey.
The retreat, thoughtfully designed by the resource team, provided a transformative environment for prayer, reflection, and communal worship. Participants engaged in activities aimed at revisiting and strengthening their relationship with God, rekindling the essence of their divine experiences.
The sessions emphasized spiritual growth, renewal, and a focused commitment to the spiritual sharing ministry within the Jesus Youth movement, encouraging participants to actively contribute to this mission. This emphasis on spiritual sharing resonated deeply, inspiring participants to carry forward their experiences into their ministry work.
This successful retreat, an initiative of UAE Jesus Youth, received an overwhelmingly positive response, with participants expressing gratitude for the opportunity to reinvigorate their faith, rediscover their spiritual purpose, and find fresh inspiration to serve through the JY movement.
